    No Speech on Equinox Apps

    Hi

    Trying to get Equinox apps to work.

    Equipment and Lics

    IP Office V2 Ver 11, with VMPro and Gamma sip trunks.

    Power Users
    Using a Draytek router with ports 5061 and 46750 - 50750 to the IPO, disable Sip Alg aswell and I have setup a stun server aswell on the IPO.

    Created a self sign cert and applied to laptop and to mobile device.

    The apps register fine with green tick, but when I make a call there is no speech, same goes when I ring *17 for voicemail, it connects to the VM box but you hear nothing.

    Only using equinox from an external connection, the customer has a separate network for Data.

    Problem looks to be with the RTP ports but I am at a loss now as these ports are forwarded with the NAT rules in the Draytek 2862 router.
