    Call center agents are unable to login

    Good morning to all,
    The query is this.

    I have a small call center with 3 agents and a supervisor on an IP Office 8.1 platform

    The problem that sometimes the third agent is unable to login that says there is no license, then should the supervisory please not ready and so are the three agents who receive calls but the supervisor is out until and last a good couple of hours occupied license is released

    Someone has this happened? Buy more licenses to prevent this?
