AACC 6.2 SP2-Cannot change the Threshold settings in Real-Time Report

Hi all,
Did any one try to change/add on the value fields Real time reporting threshold setting?
i could not write on the value field?

any ideas

Are you sure your running SP2? If so, you are actually running AACC 6.1 and not 6.2. AACC 6.2 was introduced with SP4, and now there is SP5 + RU1 (RollUp) + RU2 + RU3 + RU3 Patches

We have no issues with the real time reporting threshold settings. Ensure you are pressing TAB on the keyboard after entering values, to ensure they are written to the database
