Default One-X Communicator Silent Installation questions

Hello,
I have one-x Communicator suite version 6.2 and i need to deploy it on a large number of PCs in my organization.
I want to know where i can put the configuration items like CM Server IP Address, Public Directory, Dialing Rules as i did not found these settings in the Admin Control Tool !
I would also appreciate if you can provide in brief the procedure for the silent installation in terms of commands or actions to be taken.

PC Desktops run Windows 7
CM version is 6.3
One-X communicator Version is 6.2.6.03-FB6

We set these through group policies, by installing the the right config files in the user profiles

So what will be the requirements from Avaya to accomplish the installation?
i mean there should be the .msi file for the application installation itself, also the different .xml files that compose the configuration , correct?

suppose you are given these files, what are the steps in brief to deploy it silently for say 100 users ?

have a .vbs file like installer.vbs

have it to run checks if ie or outlook is open. Then to extract the files and do install

headsetinterface.dll
config.xml
onexc.cab
onexc.msi
onexc.mst
