Default Application for exporting CMS reports data to the web?

currently we are using OA database for exporting CMS reports data to the web, I wonder if there is any other available application for that? Could you share how are you providing CMS reports for call center service purchasers? Do you give access to the CMS supervisor, or do you send reports by email or what?

Avaya Professional Services has a software called CMS Web Reports:
"The CMS Web Reports family of packages provides CMS text-based reports (as opposed to graphic or GUI reports) that can be viewed via a web browser. CMS Web Reports facilitates making on-line CMS reports available to non-CMS users such as external clients and/or contact center agents. "

You need an external web server for it.

Default Email notification of or emailing CMS reports

I think there is an Avaya Professional Services offer for emailing the CMS reports as well. The option can be explored by getting in touch with Avaya PS through Client/Account manager. Standard CMS provides an option to either display the report on terminal screen or storing it as a file in a particular location in the CMS. If you or your organization has skills in shell scripting in Unix/Solaris, you could achieve it yourself. Just ensure that you go through the Avaya CMS security document and permissive use support policy of Avaya.
