Default Datat Replication

Hi, It is new release Avaya Aura CC with Nortel CC Suite with geographic redundancy.
Site A is main site and Site B is secondary site. In case of link down each site will wotk independently and all Agents activities/Reporting/recording will be save on respective servers. When link becomes active than what will be the data update between servers of each site???
I mean Site A will update Site B with its own data and Site B update Site A with its own data??
Can somebody points a specific NTP/Document dor Data update/Replication in case of GR link down. Please note these are Nortel CC servers with Avaya Aura.
