    Avaya one-X Mobile Preferred VoIP client

    Hello All

    I will use the Avaya one-X Mobile Preferred VoIP client over WLan with my Samsung Galaxy S3. The client works and i have connetions to the One-X POrtal Server and all this features works. The problem is the VoIP Cient. The trouble icon told me, that the VoIP-Registration is failed with different Errors (3:-1; 12:0 and 16:0). I set all settings are written in the knowledgebase and there is no FW or Router between.
    Can you tell me, what i can do or have to do for the connection of the VoIP client.

    I get teh same thing when registering. The icon says partially connected. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

      Please can someone assist us with the above request. We have also configured Avaya One-X Mobile. installed the root-ca certificate on it. but still the issue is as below:

      1. VOIP REGISTRATION FAILED - THE APPLICATION IS OPERATIONAL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE VOIP FEATURE WHICH IS EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS REGISTERING WITH THE SERVER (ERROR 12:0)

      2. User is registering on One-X Mobile. Makes the outgoing call - but the Voice does not flow

      3. Once called back on same extension of One-X mobile the user does not get any rinds on his mobile.

      PLEASE ASSIST
