I am trying to connect to IPO through IPO Manager application (Configuration), but I get the below error:
"Failed to login to IP Office Cause (Access Denied)". I can login through the web interface of the IP Office and also on the Security (IP Office Manager). Have you experienced any similar issues ? The access rights assigned to my account are the same as the administrator but still I cannot login to the configuration (IPO Manager). Any suggestions... |

User rights or blocked. Just look in the security that you are not only "customer admin".
You can also see something in the ssa under alarm. |
