Default Voicemail Pro Failure

Has anyone ran into a problem where, when trying to view user mailboxes within Voicemail Pro it errors out stating "Failed to get VMPro Mailbox user data from ." This happens each time Voicemail Pro attempts to refresh the IP Office > Specific Start Points > Users window. This also happens when trying to view the Groups folder in the same path.

I have the same issue. Ever find a solution?

edit: I think it was an extra large mailbox.
