    I have a partner phone system and maintenance agreement with Avaya. I been trying to get through to customer service but long delays. Each time I am told over thirty (30) minutes and then given the support web site. Okay, I did my registration and tried to schedule service or contact a real person. When I go to the link to insert my sold to number, nothing happens. I am not sure what good this link is if I can not insert my information. I need help!

    Apologies for a delayed reply. But are you still facing trouble placing the Sold To numbers in the site. If you are accessing the site now, you should be directed to our new site. Place your Sold to number and please ensure you are placing all the preceding zeroes of the Sold To number. Your sold to number should show up as an option.
