Default ASA with Aura Messaging

I added users to a system with ASA. They are Exchange users and all seemed to go fine until I sent a message to one of them. They are not receiving the message at all.

The logs shows everything is fine and that the message was sent.

I changed the user to Avaya message store and then back to exchange and it started working fine. ?

Default adding users with ASA

How did you setup ASA for adding users to AAM?
