Several weeks ago I tried to put in a ticket with Avaya and none of my sold to's are correct and neither is my company's name. Since I could not place the ticket through the web I called in and the person who took the call said she would put in a ticket for the web group. It has been weeks and the web site for my companies are still not fixed. I called in once and was told that the web group would let me know when they were working or had fixed my ticket. Still have heard nothing. How do I get in touch with someone that will put my account back the way it should be?
