Exclamation Office IP 500 cisco SPA8000
I am using a Cisco SPA8000 to connect to an Office IP 500 system analog ports, everything works great except dropping conference calls. When trying to drop the conference calls the lines get hung up and I have to restart the ATA to release the lines. I tested a single line, dropped the call, and it works fine. What is it about the conference calls that would cause this type of behavior? What would I need to adjust in the ATA to account for whatever signal I am missing?
