Default 1XC Contacts vs 9608

Hi hope, someone can help as I'm sure it's going to be very obvious, as is everything with Avaya Aura

I've been trying to set up One-X Communicator for sometime and have now got it set up so all we need is the exe to install and a zip file I'm using to config.
One-x thing is still annoying us and that is the contacts between 1XC and our 9608's

If we create any personal contact on the 9608 it gets backed up nicely to our server as

<servername>\PhoneBackUp\<ext>_96xxdata.txt

Switching between phones and your contacts are there.

If we load 1XC it's getting the call history, but not the contacts. Now here is the kicker.
If we now close 1XC, it backs up to the server with 0 contacts (as it hasn't downloading them) which results in all contacts being lost.
The contacts are being stored as
ABKNAME001=Fred Smith Mob
ABKNUMBER001=907123456789
ABKTYPE001=0

Now I'm sure it's going to be a xml setting somewhere, but just can't find it.

Any ideas?

Running CM 6.3, 1XC is in h.323 mode.

i think the one-X C contacts are saved in PC unlike physical phones, you can export the contacts using settings-> contacts -> export contacts.

The copying of contacts, isn't much of an issue (more of a niggle), but the wiping of contacts from the 9608 at logout of 1XC is a really pain.
