Hi,
I know this is a simple question that I should know the answer to but I have no one to ask. I am able to answer a coworker's phone number (let's call it B) from my phone (A) when they are unavailable/not at their desk. Often, the caller wants to leave a voicemail. How do I transfer their current call directly to B's voicemail? I have tried pressing the Forward button; the Transfer button and then the Voicemail (message) big icon; but nothing works. Please help me out! |
