    In 9.0.x and 9.1.0 integrstion can be done by including crm via URL in telephony application. In 9.1.2 there will be a deeper integration via CRM connector for Salesforce and SAP.

      Thanks. Is there any sample or details on how to use the URL in telephony?

        1.Login to IPOCC UI as Administrator
        2.Select Go to->Telephony
        3.Select Telephony->File View
        4.In Telephony Files make a copy of an existing Telephony_Standard_en [RO] file and rename it to some other name e.g. Telephony_CRM
        5.Right click on newly created file Telephony_CRM and select Edit
        6.In Telephony Inspector scroll down and select Internet Browser control
        7. Right click on Internet Browser control and select properties, Properties dialog will popup
        8.In Address field enter the URL of the CRM system, for search string for the caller number use %CCK_Calling_Address%

          Does IPOCC use its own bulit-in web browser? I try to open a link and get error message that it uses an outdated version IE9. Is there any way I can upgrade it to IE11? I also get a few script error message that I won't see them if open the link from my IE or Chrome.

                  Since Microsoft is abandoning IE are there plans to support other browsers?
