    Running an S8300 with CM5.2.
    I have had our telco remove caller ID block for our PRI, but our number still shows as "Private Caller". I can't find, nor do I recall, that our installer made that configuration. Am I missing something obvious? If you were to have the S8300 stamp all of our outbound calls with "private caller" where would you find that? It also sounds like there are specific things that our telco needs in order to pass the information along.

    You need to make sure that the "Send Number" field on the Trunk Group form is set to "y". Also, if the "public-unknown-numbering" table is not administered, nothing is sent out from the Communication Manager.
