Default Launchpad Error Can't Find CCM

I wanted to share a fix for the Launchpad error Can't Find CCM on an initial install of AACC. You have to turn on Compatibility Mode in IE before you can enter the username and password.

If you go to the launch page for the first time and nothing is in the fields and you confirmed CCMS is running in the System Control and Monitor Utility, you have an IE compatibility issue.

Turn on Compatibility mode in the browser then hit refresh. The host name and IP will populate. enter the default username of sysadmin and the password avaya1.
