Default 96xx Call logs shows unavailable

can anyone help me in removing this unavailable from this call logs . as my customer is very annoyed with this Unavailable coming in the call logs for external calls he only wants the number.. if its not a saved contact, i have tried playing with 46xxsettings but couldnt find a hint.

i was just wondering if it cannot be removed then can we like change the layout how it shows.. like we can see the number only...

The phones are working as designed. There is no way to remove "Unavailable" from the Call Logs today. In 3.1.6 (the next release), the customer will have the ability to display ONLY the Number in the Call Log, or ONLY the Name, or both -- and if Name is Unavailable then the Number would be displayed instead.
