We have voice quality problem on Ip phones 9611G - 9621G.
Some times we hear noise ,curious sounds (as hammers) and robotic voice and other times have echo on line. All these problems observed on internall calls. Additionally, we have low audibility problem (on far-end side) on external/outside calls for these type of Ip phones. We have sniffer traces for internal call with issue but its clear (no noise,no jitter,no RTP packet loss) I already investigate issues with Tier3/Tier4 on support. Do you know/have similar issues for these IP phones (BP / customer)?? Regards John Last edited by jmazis; 10-11-2011 at 05:33 AM. |

Please ensure that you are running the latest service pack (H.323 6.0 SP5 = 6.020S as of 27 Sep 2011). If you are still having issues on that software, then contact your Channel Partner to have this investigated.

We resolved low audibility issue with routing change.
Probably provider's issue.. |
