Hi,
We have a customer running on Rel 10 and all is working fine except when opening the one-x portal via double click on the tray icon or right click on the tray icon and then run one-x portal we have a script error. url: https://one-x.customer.com:9443/inya...95A.cache.html (line:2840 - char:77) one-x portal is running on IE11, Chrome and Firefox without problems. We have tested with all browsers as default but always the script error. We have disabled firewall, virus scanners but no luck. Running AvayaCallAssistant.exe and CAWebBrowserHost.exe as administrator but no go! Any suggestion is welcome. thanks, Paul ![]() |

R&D have looked at this one,the issue was already raised as CFD
We think the issue mentioned in this post is same as the bug IPOFFICE-115536 and is fixed in following service packs. 10.0: 1Q2017 4Q2016 3Q2016 9.1: 1Q2017 4Q2016 3Q2016 Hope that helps |
