Workplace App crashing at launch on iOS

As the title says, when I try to launch the Workplace App, it crashes every time.

App version: 3.21
iPhone model: 12 Pro
iOS version: 14.7.1

We currently have 8 people using the app for the Soft Phone feature, all 8 people are using iPhones. The only phone that is crashing is the one iPhone 12, the other 7 people have are using iPhone models 8 through 11 and none of those have the same problem.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app.
