Question My inquiry for the second time

I would like to prevent some workers in my company to use services in LD20
specially NCOS and TGAR
Is there a way I can denied access to NCOS and TGAR in LD20?
because i Will grant permission to a number of staff.

This appears to be a Meridian SL1 or CS1000 provisioning question. I think you will find the technical help needed in the Unified Communications Forum.

Please try to post your question there and someone should be able to help.
