Default CCM and Internet Explorer

Hello, all! Long time lurker, first time poster.

Contact Center Manager Administration (at least v7.1.0.3 that we're using) is only compatible with Internet Explorer. IE is going away pretty soon, and besides IE does not run on macOS. Are there any known workarounds for using something like Edge (new Edge, Chromium-based) or Chrome or Firefox to access CCMA? We're going to hit a wall when IE goes poof and I haven't seen anything to indicate coming compatibility with other browsers. This is a serious problem for anyone still using the CCMA product.

It is also entirely possible this problem has been solved already and I just haven't lurked hard enough to see it.
