Do the trunks ring in? Can you call out? Did you check the line groups that are assigned to the trunks? Does that match the line groups that ARS is using? We need a little bit more info. |

The most important question, do you have a valid upgrade license, if not no trunks or phones will work.

When you have a valid licence, make sure you upgrade to V7 or V8 first. An upgrade to V8.1 is only guaranteed from R7 or higher.
