Add 9 on the numbers on the Call log

    Hi Guys,

Wanted to know how to (auto) add/prefix a 9 for those numbers stored in the call log.

I can't call if I dial within the call log.

    Thanks.

    IP Office?

    I use this technique:

Add 9 on the numbers on the Call log

      Hi Thiel,

      Thanks for the reply.

I was thinking of doing it as well, but looking ahead I will face an issue.

Local numbers here in our country is an 8-digt starting with 6. Our extension numbering in the office is a 2-digit starting with 6 also (because there DID is something like 6XXXXX60 to 69 and clients insist to be few digits as possible)

So correct me if I am wrong, no matter if I implement a rule say 6XXXXXXX, it cannot match this rule because dialing just the two digits already dials the extension.

Another dilemma actually are mobile numbers here in our country which starts with 9. So suppose in the call log you have a mobile number of 91234567, correct me if I am wrong, it will remove the first 9 and actually dial only the digits 1234567 which is incorrect number already.
