Default 9608 DHCP Problems

I have 9608 phones that hang at getting the DHCP. Some will work after repeated attempts and others will just hang there. I woked with LAN team and when they hang they see a connected port but no MAC from the phone. The phones are refurbed and running either 6_2_2 or 6_0_1T . All phones have had the values reset. Anyone have any ideas?

The issue can be fixed by phone reboot.
R6.0 has the similar issue was fixed by R6.020z. Base on current release, please select some of the issue phones and try to upgrade the firmware to R6.2.3 it will resolve the issue
