Post How to lock the layout of a Avaya K175 touchscreen?

We are rolling out K175 phones but do not want to support end-user apps and customization of the phone, and avoid introducing security issues on our voice and data network.

I see that these K175 phones are delivered as part of a hospitality offer. The touchscreen interface are customized and layouts are locked down. Is there a method or Avaya reference document that explain how to do this?

Add the following to your 46xxsettings.txt file to disable app downloads.

To lock the device down further to control layouts, use Kiosk mode. Reference here: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101058083
