Default Superviosr UI showing errors!!

We are facing a strange issue in the customer site, when we try to login as supervisor in any of the customer PCs, we are getting a page not found error, but at same time when i log in as supervisor in my PC connected to the customer LAN i am not getting any errors.
What could be the reason?
Also i want to know the number licenses consumed by Agent and Supervisor, is it from the WebLM.

Default Fixed!!

The issues was with DNS entry in host file and trusted site in internet explorer.
Fixed it as per the installation guide and worked like a charm.

Maybe when you install UI, you fill IPOCC IP address instead of IPOCC hostname. You can define host file of PC's Supervisor.
x.x.x.x IPOCC hostname server
