Have you checked out the personalized Dashboard on support.avaya.com? If you are logged in, click the Support Home tab in the top navigation menu. It will open a customizable Dashboard that puts relevant information at your finger tips.

I only see a REMOVE option. I know there used to be an ADD button, now it is gone. ????

There is a limit to how many tools can be added: ten (10). If you haven't reached that threshold, then try clearing your cache, closing the browser, and then reopening. Does it appear?
