    Unable to submit service request

I use a Partner 6.0 ACS system and need help programming buttons to call other extensions. Since I never get thru on the phone number, I tried the web site. After logging in and clicking on Service Requests, a box comes up that says a partner or customer relationship must be defined to create service requests. What does this mean and how long does it take?

Unable to submit service request - here's what to do

    Hello,

Please see sticky thread titled Support Site Tip: Creating Service Requests (aka Opening Tickets/Cases) or access it at the below link

This will guide you how to create a service Request and what a partner or customer relationship is needed to create a service request.

In order to create or submit a Service Request, you must be registered as a Customer or Business Partner. When you registered, did you register with No Relationship? If you did, this will not provide you with the same benefits and access as a customer or partner, including the ability to create an online service request.

However, you can still access public documents on the website, such as manuals, that will guide you through the process of programming your system. To do this:

      1. Select PRODUCTS from the top navigation menu.
      2. Enter your product ("Partner ACS" or "Advanced Communication System") in field titled "Enter Product Name" and choose the desired release (6.0x).
      3. The new Product Hub page will display for the product. Go to the Troubleshoot by Problem section and in the box below Describe your problem, type in "program buttons to call extensions" and click the Enter button.
      4. Several manuals will display. Click on the title of the desired document to view (hover over any truncated title to view full text). If you do not see the document you need on the list, select "View All."
