When this has happened to us it usually follows a CM upgrade. The usual reason is that the Security File was not properly installed. If you haven't done an upgrade recently you might have a corrupt Security File. Contact your service provider. They should be able to reload the Security File.
We have already fix it with help by Avaya support, we don't process the upgrade process, this problem suddenly appear, when we tried to investigate there's mask value change by itself, after support use their Init login and change the prof the problem done,
May be your CM uptime was more than Avaya recommended.So please try to restart the Server once, then check the status.
Also you can go for upgrade that would be better to go on the latest one.
