Hello all,
Has anyone seen this event ID before? A call was diverted to MMS from extension xxxx there is no corresponding MMS subscriber for this extension. Shows up as a windows NY event ID 1529. The mailbox is there, but when the call comes in the caller lands on the generic welcome mesage and not the mailbox. JJ |

JJ, You may want to make sure you have a valid extension that matches in the FEDB on teh MAS servers. If not an FEDB resync may be in order.

aschuyler,
Thanks for your response. yes, it is a valid extension. strange that when the station covers it drop to the default welcome message and if you select the option to enter in the mailbox number you get the users greating. I performed a FEDB resync on all MAS servers and still see two VMDID entires in the FEDB database for that extension. |

The duplicate FEDB entries would be a problem. You may want to open up a service request on http://support.avaya.com so we can look at the MSS LDAP database and see where the duplicate entry is being held in the database.
