XT1000 recording via HD Output

Hi All,

A customer wants to record their meetings on XT1000's. They shared this link: http://docs.radvision.com/bundle/xt1...hdmi_recording . Its about recording via one of HD ports. But Avaya didn't mention any hdmi recorder. Can we record meeting with a third party recorder or Avaya product? I can not find a certain answer.

There is an overview of some tested third-party recorders available. Page 9 and following in the document you can download at this link: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100175289 . In a specific customer project we were also able to record with different devices w/o any issues. Hope this helps
