Voicemail to email issue with upgrade to 9.0

I have Office IP500 v2 that I have just upgraded to Version 9. We run, please don't laugh, Lotus notes 8.5 for our email. Ever since we did the upgrade to 9.0 the voicemail to email doesn't work. Any thoughts??
