I lost the password on my BCM-50. I tried to do a level 2 reset, but it won't work. It looks I cannot even enter the RESET QUERY STATE, as described on p.34 of BCM-50 troubleshooting guide (i.e. I cannot have a solid yellow and a blinking yellow on the two leds to enter the reset mode).
Anyone can help?
