Search feature in the Support forum is broken

Every time I enter something in the search field (upper right corner), and hit Enter, it takes me to a new page saying the following:

    This site can’t be reached

search.avaya.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

and hitting Reload does absolutely nothing. So, how do I search the forum?

That box is I think a general search of Avaya sites so probably not the one you want anyway. Use the Search drop-down shown in the menu bar next to 'Quick Links' and 'Log Out'.

No. It doesn't work in Chrome, or Edge, or IE11, or from several PCs

Sincerely suggest its not a user's problem for them to resolve by fiddling with their DNS settings!

Let's try this again....As Mark stated, search from the Avaya Forum page is not intended for use. We will report this to our IT organization to address. Going forward, please either use global search, also located in the top right, from support.avaya.com, or you can also find documentation from the Product Hub pages - https://support.avaya.com/products/

          use this search instead

          John81,
If you want to search just forum posts and threads, use the search Mark suggested. See screenshot below - it's the circled one - not the one in top right corner. It works for me. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

Been wondering why it doesn't work on my end as well. Good thing I found this thread. Thank you for the info.

Just an update on this...the "Search Avaya" box in the top right corner has now been fixed. If you use that search you will search the entire support.avaya.com site.

If you use the search drop down menu further down the page, that search will search just the forums site.
