A call transferred to a station with EC500 active displays the station transferring the call on the desk and cell phone. The desk phone display drops the station information and updates with the transferred callers id when the transfer complete but the cell phone display retains the station information. Is there a way to display the callers id on the cell phone rather than the transferring stations id?
