Default ipocc from wan

hi all greetings for the day .
i am using avaya ipo 500 v2 9.1.6 and ipocc 9.1.6 my 10 agents working fine on lan .
i need to login 05 agents from my remote office ( dont have vpn ).
when i try to login show license server registration error please help.

IU do not beleive that you will be able to register the thick client for remote agents.

But you can look in documentation, and after some Administration changes, allow for a chrome plugin, thin client option.

Note regarding using UI via Remote Desktop

• In case connected to server/client via Remote Desktop: it is recommended to start the User Interface AvayaCCMain.EXE with start parameter –noTerminalServerClient

• In the OVA there is a short cut on desktop “IPOCCUI RemoteDesktop” which contains the start parameter –noTerminalServerClient in the properties
