How to check ICI connector service?

Pls help me check license.(include ICI connector license?)

I want contact SAP ( use ICI connector), but ICI connector service no work.
How to check ICI connector service?

do you have licenses for ICI connector installed:
need FEAT_CIE_CC_ICI_CONNECTOR for connecting the ICI connector, and for each agent logged in via SAP client: VALUE_CIE_SAP_USER_VOICE
