IPOCC 10.1.2 WebUI Email Interface Question
Is there anyway to restrict what agents see in the completed and overview drop down searches in the email interface in WebUI?
No matter how restrictive I am setting permissions for users they appear to be able to see all emails completed and also ones not yet assigned from the queues. It would be nice if I could restrict this based off profile or agent group membership but even messing with that in Authorizations/Privileges doesn't seem to change anything.
My problem is if several agents run searches here the postgresql queries for the emails seem to hit the CPU and it can spike long enough at 99 or 100% to break the CTI links with IPO and can kick everyone out and prevent it from seeing extensions when they try to log back in.
