We have Avaya Communicator for Microsoft Lync version 6.4.0.79 installed along side Skype for Business 2016. With the communicator plugin installed, the audio/video option is not available in Skype, Options. We are unable to make Skype video calls. Has anyone dealt with this issue before and is there a way to get the audio/video option to appear in Skype? If I uninstall Communicator the audio/video options are available. Thanks.
