    remote access to short codes

I have ip office v2 running 10.1 with embedded voicemail. I created shortcode *54*N# to take hunt group out of service. It works well when I enter it on a phone keyboard. However i cannot make it work when I access it by a button press on an auto-attendant.
I would like to be able to dial in on a reserved phone line to execute the short code. Any thoughts ?

I was able to make this work in Release 8, but it may not work on more recent releases.

The AA had a selector code that transferred to *604
*604 is a short code that is Set Hunt Group Night Service and the telephone number was 201 (the specific group to be placed into Night Service)

You can also try creating a phantom extension, and forwarding it to the short code, having the AA's selector code transfer to the phantom extension.
