XT endpoints being disconnected from SIP meetings

Hi everybody,

After configuring TLS as the Transport Outbound Call protocol for SIP calls I managed to connect our XT devices to Equinox Meetings Online using SIP protocol, but the XT endpoints disconnect from the meetings after around an hour. This doesn't happen when using H323 and I want to know if there is a timer in Equinox Meetings Online that prevent SIP devices to stay connected for more than an hour.

If anybody knows a solution for this problem please tell me

Please change the TLS settings on XT device

Hi,

Could you please disable the TLS 1.0/1.1 settings under SIP protocol settings, this will fix the issue
