Default Help!!! need Custom Function Button on Avaya IP Terminals
Hi everyone:

I have a question to ask if you can help me. I can't find anything about this question:

Can I configure a custom button on an IP phone avaya 9600 SIP Series to make an event? that is to say, I want to configure a button in an Avaya terminal with a URL event for when that button is pressed notify an API Service of an event.

If it can be configured and custom buttons are supported, can you help me where do I have to configure it? I think that if a custom button is configurable, it would have to go to the 46xxsettings.txt itself of the SIP IP phones.
