When I use the Manager software the IPO shows up in the selection screen but is greyed out. I can log in through the webpage but that always seems to show as in offline mode and I can not figure out how to get it out of offline mode. I have tried older and newer versions of the Manager software. Any ideas how to what might be the issue or even how to get it out of offline mode?
