s8300 new CM 5 Install

Hi ,

In one of my client place s8300 LSP showing no board so we request a new board from avaya, when i am instering in G450 still its show no board, i can't able to ping via service port 192.11.13.6.

Question 1:
why its showing No board and not ping?? No CM is there in s8300???

Question 2:
if i does'nt have CD rom how i can install new CM in s8300??? prveiously no Cm is there??

I suspect a G450 issue. Could you please try to replace the G450 and check?

You will need to install using an external CD-ROM which has a USB interface.
