I am facing an issue with configuration of DS1 in SLS of G450 and G350. FW respectively 31.19.2 and 30.20.0 but I have not tested with other firmware. We are decommissionning a few LSPs to migrate to SLS configuration and we noticed that scenario where ACM DS1 configuration using CRC=N prevents PSTN E1 to work in SLS mode while other sites using CRC=Y work well. The signalling group and trunk don't come up. After rechecking the SLS configuration I noticed that there is no CRC parameter available to be setup. The SLS setup is made with CLI and not with PIMS.
Does it mean that SLS defaults it to No ?
Would the issue be fixed if configuring the SLS with PIMS ?
This is really embaracing for our project where more than 40 sites are affected. If we have to ask all service providers to turn on CRC on their lines that will lead to delay and extra costs.
