Avaya Diagnostic Portal is our web portal for diagnostic tools on the Avaya Support Site (support.avaya.com). The portal is in the process of evolving to a full fledged landing page and many tools will be added and categorized in there over the coming year.
Avaya Diagnostic Server is the on-premise diagnostic solution that allows for endpoint tracing, remote control, and per-hop quality monitoring of a customer network.
