Can't save SMGR 6.3.7 Security Enrollement Password

Does anyone face the problem :

When change the Security Enrollment Password in SMGR, The SMGR can't save the password , It shows that existing password is nothing. Any suggesting ？

If you are truly carrying out the correct steps , have you simply tried rebooting the SMGR server , it is only a a management interface and will not cause down time, that is service affecting.
